Pragmatic Play has strengthened UK presence with Ivy Casino partnership
Pragmatic Play has expanded its product reach in the UK through a new agreement with Ivy Casino, a standout challenger in the online casino sector since its launch in September 2024. By adding Pragmatic Play’s slots and live casino tables, Ivy Casino now offers top-tier gaming experiences to UK players.
The deal grants access to Pragmatic Play’s extensive slot portfolio. Ivy Casino members can also enjoy live roulette and blackjack games from this provider.
This collaboration aligns with Pragmatic Play’s strategy to expand in regulated European markets.

Danish Gambling Market experienced significant growth in 2024
Denmark’s gambling market experienced significant growth in 2024, with total GGR rising to DKK 7.27 billion (£1.02 billion). This represented a 6.9% increase compared to the previous year, according to data from Spillemyndigheden, the Danish Gambling Authority.
Online casino revenue accounted for nearly half of the total, generating DKK 3.53bn. This represented a significant 14.7% rise from 2023. December was the most profitable month, with gaming machines contributing 78.2% of online casino GGR.
Betting GGR rose slightly by 1.2% to DKK 2.21bn. Mobile betting dominated the sector, making up 66.3% of total stakes.
Unlike other verticals, gaming machines experienced a slight decline. GGR fell by 1.2% to DKK 1.16bn, with a daily revenue of DKK 3.18m.
Land-based casinos contributed the smallest share, recording DKK 368m in GGR. However, this was a 1.7% rise compared to 2023.
BGaming has expanded its global reach with Light&Wonder partnership, launches games on Luckia
