SIGN UP FOR AN ECOPAYZ ACCOUNT
As in any other payment system, everything begins from the account registration. You can register an ecoAccount by following some easy steps.
You need to:
- Register an account following the link (for joining our loyalty program).
- Set up a security question for account safety (it is very important).
- Send the application filled out in a special form below (we will check it and send you a letter with further instructions on fast verification and any other useful information).
- Confirm your email registered while opening an account. Check your e-mail and look for a letter from ecoPayz. Confirm it by clicking on the link.
Next, you pass the verification process for the account (with us – it is fast and easy) and begin to deposit in ecoPayz casinos without any limits.
How to register an account in the ecoPayz payment system?
Make sure to follow our link and access the registration form on the ecoPayz website.
Begin to fill out the section named “Account information”. You need to enter your name and surname or your preferred user name and surname (this is for the ecoAccount login), current email, secure password (the password must include at least 8 characters), country of residence, and set up the main currency of the account (you will get a Gold lifelong status after full verification which will allow you to transact in many currencies as your ecoAccount will become a multi-currency account).
Now go to the section named “Personal information”.
You need to enter all data in Latin characters. The information should be the same as it is written on your passport or on a bank card (name and surname).
Enter your name and surname, date of birth (It should be reminded that the registration is available only for adults), address of residence (which you will be able to confirm with a related official document), mobile phone number, and CAPTCHA – verification code symbols.
Check all data, read and, if you agree, accept the terms of ecoAccount use by ticking the appropriate box.
Choose whether you would like to receive notifications (advertisement, promotion etc.) from the ecoPayz payment system. It will be via SMS to your phone number and/or mail to your email address.
5. Entered data checking and account creating
Check one more time the correctness of your data entered and continue to create an account by clicking on the button “Create account”.
Having filled out the registration form, the system will automatically redirect you to your ecoAccount e-wallet.
That is all! You have successfully finished the main steps of ecoPayz account registration. Now you need to set up the security question (it is required!) to improve the safety of your ecoAccount.
How to set up the security question?
You need to:
1. Click the “gear” icon in your account (this is the “Account Settings” tab).
2. Pass to the section “Security”.
3. Select the option “Change” near the security question.
4. Choose the most appropriate question in the dropdown list, set up the answer (in Latin characters) and click on “Save”.
Now the security question is successfully saved. Next, you need to move to the instruction for email confirmation (this is one of the required options too for full registration of your account).
How to confirm your email address at ecoPayz?
Select “Email Address” in “Settings” on the “Security” tab. Click on “Send a verification message”.
The confirmation message is sent to your email address. Usually, such letters come from the noreply@ecopayz.com email address. Here you can find a link (or clickable button) which redirects you to finish the email address verification process. If you have not found this letter, check the “Spam” folder: it may be there.
