- A VipCasinoPay member must be over 18 years old.
- VipCasinoPay does not charge its program members any fee.
- To join our loyalty program and receive payments from VipCasinoPay, you have to create an ecoPayz account following our special link and fill out a form at the vipcasinopay.com website.
- A user may not be able to participate in the program due to the payment system’s denial to serve his account.
- VipCasinoPay provides special and exclusive conditions and technical support for ecoPayz users. VipCasinoPay is not responsible for any disagreement which might arise between the user and the payment system.
- VipCasinoPay has the right to terminate its obligations if the user commits any fraudulent act.
- VipCasinoPay reserves the right to make changes to the current conditions and notify its users about them.
- In the event of a dispute, the decision made by the VipCasinoPay administration is final.
- Any malicious actions committed by the user, which may discredit the project or the payment system’s activity, can result in VipCasinoPay’s denial to comply with its obligations and lead to exclusion of the user from the Bonus Program.
- When filling out an application on our website while registering or providing personal data to our specialist in any available way (via email, LiveChat or messenger), the user gives his explicit consent to the processing his data in accordance with Article 9 of the Federal Law No. 152 of 07.27.2006 (ed. 02.22.2017).
