In October 2023, gambling revenue in the United States experienced a growth of 5.9%
Recently, the American Gaming Association (AGA) reported a total revenue of $5.63 billion from various gambling activities across 33 states and the Federal District of Columbia in October 2023. This figure represented a 5.9% increase compared to the same period in the previous year.
Slot machines contributed $3.96 billion to the overall revenue, reflecting a modest growth of 0.7%. Revenue from casino tabletop games reached $804 million, experiencing a slight decrease of 0.7%, while sports betting showed a significant surge, generating $1.31 billion and marking a notable increase of 38.8%. Online gambling revenue also demonstrated positive growth, reaching $533.6 million, a 17.8% rise compared to the corresponding period last year.
For the first ten months of 2023, the United States gambling industry accumulated a total revenue of $54.40 billion, indicating a substantial 9.6% increase compared to the same period in the preceding year.
Yggdrasil’s partnership with Circus.nl
