Playson has expanded presence in Croatia with Hrvatska Lutrija partnership
Playson has strengthened its position in Croatia through a new agreement with Hrvatska Lutrija, the country’s state-owned lottery operator. This partnership brings a selection of Playson’s popular digital slot titles to Croatian players.

The integration is happening via the Bragg Hub aggregation platform, ensuring a smooth rollout of games. Players can now enjoy top-performing titles.
Hrvatska Lutrija has been operating independently since 1973. It offers both land-based and online gaming experiences. The organisation also supports numerous social and charitable initiatives across Croatia.
Playson holds licences and certifications from major regulatory authorities, including the UK Gambling Commission (UKGC), Swedish Gambling Authority (SGA), Romanian ONJN, and Hellenic Gaming Commission (HGC).
Blanka Homor, Sales Director at Playson, commented: “Croatia remains a key market for us. We’re excited to expand our presence through a partnership with the national lottery. Hrvatska Lutrija has a strong player base and we look forward to delivering our engaging, high-quality slots to their users.”
Ignacije Čutura, CEO of Hrvatska Lutrija, added: “Playson continues to release some of the industry’s most impressive slots. We’re pleased to offer their titles to our players. This partnership adds value to our portfolio and enhances the overall gaming experience.”
TotoGaming and Pragmatic Play has launched exclusive game “Journey to the Galaxy”
On 4 March, TotoGaming unveiled its latest release, Journey to the Galaxy, developed in partnership with top content provider Pragmatic Play. But this game’s story goes beyond a simple collaboration.
In 2024, Pragmatic Play launched a unique competition for licensed operators in the Armenian market. The challenge? Complete a series of tasks aimed at boosting player engagement. The reward? A fully customised, exclusive game built by Pragmatic Play.
Victorya Harutyunyan, Head of Product Marketing, explained: “This was an exciting chance to push our limits. We’ve been in the market for over 20 years, but we never shy away from a challenge. Our team worked hard for months, creating innovative marketing strategies and fresh ideas. Winning the competition was incredibly rewarding.”
After securing first place, TotoGaming began working closely with Pragmatic Play to develop their game. They chose one of Pragmatic Play’s existing titles as the foundation—one that already featured key elements they wanted, including buy bonus options and free spins.
Next came the creative phase. TotoGaming defined the game’s theme, visuals, and branding to suit their audience perfectly.
Journey to the Galaxy is now live. The slot features dynamic gameplay, bright graphics, and immersive mechanics—all designed to engage players and reflect TotoGaming’s brand identity.
Last month, Pragmatic Play expanded its footprint in Belgium and the Netherlands through a new partnership with Bingoal.
Brazil’s Ministry of Finance has presented 2025–2026 regulatory agenda
The Brazilian Prizes and Betting Secretariat (SPA), part of the Ministry of Finance, has announced its regulatory agenda for the 2025–2026 period. The new agenda outlines 13 key topics that will shape betting regulations over the next year.
The process began with a public consultation held in February and March 2025. Over 200 contributions were received. Most came through the Participa + Brasil platform, with the rest submitted during a public hearing.
One of the top priorities is the creation of a national exclusion database. This list will include individuals who have self-excluded due to gambling addiction. It will also feature those banned from placing bets, such as athletes and SPA staff involved in regulatory oversight. The aim is to boost integrity and safeguard vulnerable groups.
Support for people with gambling disorders has also gained importance. SPA has moved this issue ahead of inspection improvements in the list of priorities. The shift reflects a growing focus on responsible gambling and mental health.
This marks SPA’s second official agenda. The first, released after fixed-odds betting was legalised in late 2023, focused on establishing the rules for the new market. That agenda laid the foundation for Brazil’s regulated fixed-odds betting industry, which launched on 1 January 2025.
